The villa is 180-200 sq.m. and consists of 4 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. In addition, the villa has a living room with a 40″TV, DVD player and a stereo and kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden offering breathtaking panoramic views!

The villa is close to two sandy beaches approximately 100m. away and ib a short distance the guests can find super markets and a bank.

Aloni Villa

Villa Aloni is situated in Agios Georgios a picturesque and quiet village in Kissamos, in western Crete, just 43 km from the city of Chania and a short distance from the sea, overlooking the endless blue, olive groves and orange groves offers visitors enchanting images.

VILLA ALONI consists of two levels. The lower level with the large open spaces, includes the living room and the dining room, large balcony doors and terraces with access and view to the pool and the garden and the fully equipped open modern kitchen. Also on the same level there are two comfortable bedrooms, with large closets. The luxurious marble bathroom has a separate WC, spacious shower, heated towel rail, and organic Cretan toiletries. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with their own bathroom each. Villa Niki is located in the small village of Loutro which can only be reached by boat or on foot and this feature has made it very popular with visitors looking for a quiet holiday. Set in a small bay at the foot of a steep mountain it is extremely well protected from wind and bad weather.

The Villa offers all the necessary modern amenities without losing its traditional style. It consists of spacious rooms, which can accommodate up to 6 persons and it can also guarantee that you will feel at home. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms with private bathroom each, big living space with kitchen and dining area. There is a big covered veranda with wonderful views.

Arhontariki Villa

Villa Arhontariki is suitable for up to 10 guests. It consists of three spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds on the second floor, one more double bedroom on the first floor and another double bed in the open plan sitting area on the ground floor. There are four bathrooms in total, one with shower on the ground floor, one with bathtub on the first floor and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub on the second floor. There are Large balconies and verandas in each floor, equipped with patio furniture, with stunning views of the sea and surrounding countryside.

The villa offers modern amenities such as air-condition or central heating, wireless internet, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, radio, telephone, fitness room, play room, ham am and safe box are provided. In the fully-equipped kitchen, there are refrigerator, 4 ring stove, hob, grill, oven, as well as dish washer, washing machine and clothes dryer.
