Villa AVGI is 130 sq. m and is built on the 2nd level of the complex with a private swimming pool.

Eland Dream Villas complex consists of four newly-built villas situated across two acres which slope towards the sea and enables all four villas to have unlimited views of the coastline.

The entrance is located on the first floor which leads into a cozy living room and bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The view from the bedroom looks out over the calm blue Cretan sea.

A staircase leads to the ground floor where the open-plan kitchen and living room can be found. From this level you enter the large private courtyard which is bathed in golden sunlight.

The courtyard’s outdoor furniture invites you for outdoor dining. On the same level there are 2 bedrooms with sea and pool views. The decor is modern in style with a light and airy feeling.

villa has a full equipped kitchen with plenty of electrical devices (such as oven, rings, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, mixer, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and iron board and more) a living room, private parking and private swimming pool with hydromassage, outdoor sitting area with sunbeds, umbrellas and a BBQ.

Free Wifi, Satellite TV and A/C in each room, en suite bathroom in each bedroom. Bathtowels and swimming pool towels are provided.

Every 3-4 days changing of bedlinens and bathtowels, if the guests would like a daily cleaning is with extra cost.
