Kostakis Beach is a newly built hotel (apartment complex) situated at Gerani beach only 14km away from Chania and 3km from Platanias. The hotel is located in the middle of Gerani. It’s build exactly in front of the sea just 50m.

The hotel consists of 40 apartments with light marble floor, new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, refrigerator and necessary utensils) , WC, telephone, radio and a fabulous sea view from the balconies. At the reception area you can request safe deposit boxes and internet access.

The Hotel includes swimming pool, children pool, pool bar, snack bar, restaurant and mini market, all these right in front of the famous Gerani beach.

Philoxenia Hotel And Apartments

Philoxenia Hotel is a family run hotel, just 150m. from the long sandy beach of the name of the hotel comes out from the Greek word hospitality.

Philoxenia Hotel consists of 76 rooms in 3 blocks, comprising Standard Rooms for 2 or 3 people and Family Rooms (Apartments) from 3 to 5 people. All rooms and apartments offer satellite TV, air conditioning, comfortable single or double beds. All rooms have balconies with panoramic views of the pool or the surrounding area.

Philoxenia’s facilities include a 250 m² swimming pool, children’s pool, there are sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool free of charge and a poolside snack-bar serving snacks and drinks throughout the day. Wi Fi is provided free of charge at all the public areas of Philoxenia (reception, pool bar, pool area, bar).Since 2020 Philoxenia has a new swimming pool. The new Thalassotherapy Pool & Spa area consists of a heated seawater pool, 3 Jacuzzi (4 and 5 seats), neck massage, feet massage, shoulder massage, middle massage and the package includes towels, cap for hair, luxury sun bed, and indoor shower. 6 seats Sauna is also available.
