STONE VILLAGE- PETRINO CHORIO Hotel

Small holiday village in Crete offers traditional accommodation, ideal for family holidays in Crete, as well as for couples.

The 37 studios, apartments & maisonettes are divided into 4 districts, in an area of approximately 10 acres in Cretan nature.

The village features 3 swimming pools with free sunbeds, and a pool-bar serving refreshing drinks and snacks during the day.

Our farm has Greek and foreign animals that are bred by our staff, while our guests can enjoy free horse-riding in an area made safe for children.

Also grow our own organic products that we use for the meals served to our guests.

Restaurant prepares daily traditional Cretan dishes & continental breakfast, made with ingredients produced in our farm.

Inside the complex, there is also a small traditional winepress where we produce our own wine.

Stone Village is located only 1 km away from the sea and the village of Bali, being close enough to visit on foot, but away enough to avoid any noise.

Our holiday village in Crete is located at the center of the island, allowing guests to access any part of it.

Heraklion is 45 km away, and Rethymnon is 35 km away.

The interior & exterior walls are made of solid natural stone, with wild unplastered and unpainted surfaces. The floors are almost all natural stone or wood.

Chersonissos municipality has the greatest possibilities for all kind of activities in Crete, family theme parks, very large water parks, museums, archaeological sites, sports tourism, horse riding, cycling, diving, golf, and more than 15 beaches to choose from. Being in the center of Crete, Limin Chersonissos, it becomes an ideal place to stay, as starting your tours from here, you can explore the whole island.

“THALIA deco” is located on Eleftheriou Venizelou, the main street of Limin Chersonissos (port of Chersonissos) at the eastern side, just 500m from the town center. It is conveniently surrounded by all you may need during your holidays, shops, restaurants, cafes, super markets, banks, etc. The bus stop and a TAXI station are also next to the hotel.

We are just 100m from two organised beaches, with sunbeds, umbrellas and water sports. After 10 min walk you can find water parks and beaches, ideal for kids and adults.

A short walk will take you to the authentic picturesque villages of Koutouloufari, Piskopiano and a longer one to the traditional village of Chersonissos, ideal for a romantic walk at night.

ROOMS

All guests’ rooms, as well as the entire hotel (inside) are NO SMOKING. All room types have a furnished balcony, facing either to the street, to the sea or to the mountain. The rooms are all fully air-conditioned, with soundproofed windows and blackout curtains. Our bathrooms have a glass cabin shower, shower/shampoo dispensers and a hairdryer. All rooms are also equipped with refrigerator, a flat-screen 32”/42” satellite TV, a satellite radio, telephone and WiFi.

The hotel building consists of a ground floor and 2 upper floors, most accessible by elevator. Our 49 rooms are divided in nine room types, in an effort to meet your requirements, from a standard single to a quadruple suite.

Early departure or early trip; no problem, ask for an early breakfast Dinner is served between 19:00 and 21:00 also on buffet style. A good choice of dishes, including fish, meat, poultry, spaghetti, rice, potatoes, vegetables, salads, sweets and fruits. In case you are going to arrive after 21:00, let us know and we will prepare a cold plate for you.

Book on Bed & Breakfast or Half Board basis and enjoy our breakfast and dinner self-service buffet, at our fully air-conditioned ground floor restaurant, as well as outdoors at our sunny terrace.

Dinner Hours – 19:00 – 21:00

Dinner is served between 19:00 and 21:00 also on buffet style. A good choice of dishes, including fish, meat, poultry, spaghetti, rice, potatoes, vegetables, salads, sweets and fruits.
