The complex of furnished Apartments Perla is in the beautiful, calm area of Agia Pelagia, 25 km west of Heraklion. It is built on a prime site, just 300 meters from the beach and located at the heart of the settlement of Agia Pelagia, in the northwestern part of the prefecture of Heraklion, Crete. Agia Pelagia is a popular tourist resort with stunning sandy beaches, small coves, and calm blue waters of the Cretan Sea.
There are 11 apartments with two bedrooms, 12 apartments with one bedroom, and 5 studios. The apartments offer excellent service and a privileged position in a calm, clear, and picturesque setting. The blue-crystal-clear waters of Agia Pelagia (awarded the Blue Flag) guarantee comfortable, economical, and unforgettable vacations. The hotel complex was renovated in 2019. It has 28 spacious apartments that are traditionally decorated and fully equipped to offer comfort and ease. Each apartment has a kitchenette, safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, bathroom with WC, and a balcony with a view of the sea.
